Application system RMCO

The RMCO application system (which is part of the comprehensive ERP system) is software for determining the position of the nipple-areola in complex burns, transsexual (F-M) patients, and gynecomastia”. The system was designed and built as part of a doctoral dissertation and extensive research done in Croatia (Department of Plastic Surgery at the University Hospital Dubrava, KB “Dubrava”) and Switzerland (Clinic for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Hand Surgery of the University Hospital in Zurich) on over 150 subjects/patients, and the complexity of accurate calculation of positioning using the method of mathematical-anthropometric determination of the center of the breast is fully applied in this product.

The purpose of the software itself is to facilitate the surgeon’s primary positioning of the breast center due to easier planning of operative procedures, which would result in an even better postoperative result. Over 60 patients have been successfully operated on so far, due to the successful usage of this software.
